Storing IDs with Machine Level Memory Management

About a billion users and unique ids, we don’t need to reserve any space at all
In machine level memory management, we only need to reserve space for the profile binaries, and the physical position of the profile in the memory chip will be the unique cookie id.
I just confirmed this is factual. The only catch is, must be reserved up front
