There is really no such thing as having a flu, is there? When you feel hot or tired or lethargy or whatever, then of course there is the tendency to label it. Label it what you like, it’s really just effects of previous causes. Causes for future effects. For some reason coming from the western world, there is the tendency to assume the pin pointed and neatly packaged things we call illness or disease are valid and true. Something to hold on to when you get the chance.
