Urban Zoning
While I’m sitting in small cramped up room upstairs listening to the empowerment given by the Rinpoche downstairs with a handful of people, the great halls of this city are filled with shoppers, party goers and beer drinkers. The same city that has zoned spiritual establishment side-by-side with government sponsored brothels.
